SnapSong is an iOS app that uses AI services to generate music from a photo submitted by the user. SnapSong does not require account creation or login for core functionality.

- Photo You Submit: a photo you choose to upload so the app can generate music.
- Analytics and Click Events: limited usage events (for example, screen views, taps, and feature usage) used to understand app performance and improve experience.
3) How We Collect Information
- Directly from You: when you upload a photo for music generation.
- Automatically During App Use: when analytics and click events are recorded while you use features.
4) How We Use Information
- Generate music from the photo you submit.
- Operate and improve the app through analytics and click-event measurement.
- Maintain reliability and prevent abuse of the service.
SnapSong does not sell personal information.
6) Data Retention
- Submitted Photos: not stored by SnapSong after processing. Photos are deleted after generation is completed.
- Analytics and Click Events: retained only as needed for product analytics, stability analysis, and service improvement.
SnapSong does not provide account-based cloud history in this scope.
7) Face Data and Biometric Statement
SnapSong does not perform facial recognition, identity verification, or biometric profiling. Photos may contain faces, but they are processed only to generate requested output and are not stored after processing.
8) International Transfers
Data may be processed in countries other than your own where service providers operate. We use contractual and technical safeguards appropriate to the services provided.
9) Your Rights and Choices
- You can stop using the service at any time.
- You can contact us to request privacy assistance or data-related information.
- You can uninstall the app to remove locally stored app data from your device.

SnapSong is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
