1) Acceptance

By accessing or using SnapSong, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2) Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the App. If you are under the age of majority in your jurisdiction, a parent or legal guardian must review and accept these Terms on your behalf.

3) License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use SnapSong for personal, non-commercial purposes in compliance with these Terms and applicable law.

4) Acceptable Use

• Do not use the App in any unlawful or abusive manner.
• Do not upload content that is illegal, infringing, hateful, or violates third-party rights.
• Do not attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or tamper with the App or related services.
• Do not attempt to bypass security, rate limits, or technical controls.

5) User Content and Ownership

You retain ownership of images and other content you submit. To provide the service, you grant us a limited, temporary, worldwide, royalty-free license to process your submitted content only to generate and deliver requested output. Submitted photos are not stored by SnapSong after processing is completed.

6) AI Services

• SnapSong uses third-party AI services, including OpenAI, to process the submitted photo and generate music output.
• AI outputs may be imperfect, incomplete, or unsuitable for your intended purpose.
• You are responsible for your use of generated outputs and for compliance with applicable laws.

7) Privacy

Information about data collection, processing, and sharing is described in our Privacy Policy. In summary, SnapSong collects the submitted photo for generation and limited analytics/click events; submitted photos are not stored after processing.

8) Intellectual Property

The App, including software, branding, and non-user content, is owned by us or our licensors and protected by intellectual property laws.

9) Disclaimers

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent allowed by law.

10) Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the App.

11) Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or if required by law. You may stop using the App at any time.

12) Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of SnapSong after an update becomes effective means you accept the revised Terms.
